With more than 15 years of experience, as a Real estate agent licensed in Puerto Rico, I am proud to share my professional path in the industry. As well as put myself in the service of those who trust me with their transactions.
My experience includes from identifying and commercializing exclusive properties to advising on the development and launch of innovative real estate projects, specializing in condominiums and the laws that regulate their operation. Throughout my career, I have built solid relations with developers and created a proven history of sales on each one of the developments or properties that they have trusted me. My deep understanding of mortgage finances has helped to ease the prequalifications of each interested client as well as establish communication with the bank, in the end resulting in more agile and successful transactions.
My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a master’s degree in public relations, which have allowed me to develop additional abilities in negotiation and communication techniques, both verbal and written, in either English or Spanish.
